Harold Alfred Adams, 91, of Longmont, CO died June 23, 2014. He was born August 12, 1922, in a farmhouse 3 miles north of Longmont, to Harry and Winnie (Wisecup) Adams. Harold graduated from Longmont High School and on April 13, 1941, married Eva Vise. Harold was a farmer and delivered milk to town. He later was an auto parts store manager in Loveland and drove to Estes Park weekly to pick up orders and make deliveries. He had also been a delivery driver for Golden Gravel and a re-packager for McLane. Harold was a member of First Christian Church since 1948, now LifeBridge Christian Church. He was a member of Kiwanis, Longs Peak Grange, Red Dale Drifters Trailer Club, Johnston Rod and Gun Club, Hicks and Chicks Square Dance Club and the Dinner Club. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and watching sports. He volunteered at LifeBridge refilling visitor cards and at Longmont United Hospital putting together patient information packets. Harold is preceded in death by his parents; his adopted son Tom Mosher; and step-father Ralph Anderson. Harold is survived by his wife Eva, daughter Elaine Tomson of Thornton, Colorado, grandchildren William Lee Tomson of Watertown, Tennessee and Debra Lynn Cordle of Alabama, great-grandsons Jared and Bryce Tomson, great-granddaughter Amelia Cordle, his adopted children Clint and Diane Arnett and Marcella Mosher, and his neighbors Larry & Susan Sharmon. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, June 28, 2014 at LifeBridge Christian Church.
