To Kevin's family: Kevin and I worked together on job search and career planning through my company, greyzone. Through our work we developed a friendship. I could always count on Kevin to bounce ideas off of. Kevin was generous, kind, a truly wonderful person. He even went out of his way to visit me here in Illinois on one of his trips to Chicago. It's rare I get to meet my customers in person as all of my coaching is done via phone. He even helped out my clients with free LinkedIn headshots as a way to get back to his love of photography. He was all around one of my greatest cheerleaders. This news is shocking and I'm terribly sad for your loss. Wishing you peace through this time.

I met Kevin in 2007 at Polycom. I reached out to my friends at Polycom in Germany, asking if they could submit my resume directly to the hiring manager for an open position in Westminster. It landed in Kevin's email.
He could have easily ignored it, or refuse to forward it because he didn't know me. Instead, he chose to pass it along. His random act of kindness helped me get an interview and the job I desperately needed. I will forever be grateful.
My interactions with him were brief, but left a lasting impression of his kind personality.
I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my most sincere condolences. Kevin will remain in everyone's thoughts and hearts of those whose lives he has touched.

Dear Rebecca,
I am deeply sorry for the loss of your beloved husband. While I never met him, I was always struck by the way you talked about him with such sincerity and true love, and how you told me on several occasions, "I have got one of the good ones." My heart goes out to you and your family.

Kevin visited my customers in Ohio last year. During this visit, he spoke of his love for his family, showed his commitment to his profession and was a pleasure to be with. Always willing to help a co-worker and had a great sense of humor. This friend will truly be missed.

I have enjoyed Kevin's camaraderie and eagerness to help as we presented at events across the globe this year. Walking miles to buy chocolates in Barcelona. He will be missed. Sincerest condolences on your loss.

While I knew Kevin only briefly through work and having met through a mutual friend and had lunch perhaps once, it was immediately apparent to me he was one of those guys that would do anything for you and made you feel the same way toward him. He had a great sense of humor, very intelligent and was a no-nonsense kind of guy, just wanting to make things better. He was taken too early and my sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

Our prayers for the family from the Lars larsen family..I always admired Kevin with his humor and his very large brain. He was always willing to help out in school when someone didnt understand something in class. He had an amazing aura surrounding him. God was truly with him always and will make an outstanding addition to his army of angels. It was a pleasure knowing him..he will truly be missed here on earth..but he will definitely live on through his children and the memories of the people who knew him.

I had only known Kevin a short while, we met through work about six months ago. He was such a intelligent and helpful co-worker. Always ready to do whatever he could for the team.
I had the opportunity to meet in person with Kevin twice. Both times we spoke of his family. He was quick to show pictures and share his love and pride of his family and the life you had together.
I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts.

A few weeks ago, going through old pictures, I came across a photo of Ena, Kevin and Erin taken when they came to visit in Washington DC. It was around 1982-3 and a cold night. The three of you were at the Jefferson Memorial. Kevin had that same great smile!

I always enjoyed working with Kevin whether it was at EA Days, Enterprise Connect pulling booth duty, or back in Bedford working on messaging. We had some really good times eating oysters and drinking beer in Sydney with Brian K.
I'm going to missi working with Kevin. RIP my friend.

Dear Rebecca, Kiera, Jackson, Ena and Erin,
More than anybody, you knew Kevin's smile and were familiar with the twinkle in his eye. He put people at ease. Calmness seemed to follow him. He wore his talents lightly. He was wonderful company. We know you will feel his loss keenly. We send you our condolences and prayers.
