Dolores Regina Kremer, 97, died January 13, 2013, at Life Care Center of Longmont. She was born to Paul and Mary (Noecker) Werthman on April 8, 1915 in Crofton, Nebraska. Dolores attended St. Rose of Lima Catholic School. She married Alfons "Al" Joseph Kremer at St. Rose Catholic Church in Crofton on May 11, 1936. They moved to Longmont in 1963 to be closer to their family. Dolores was a self-employed seamstress for over 50 years until her retirement in 2003. She will be remembered by her infectious laughter, serving up a "Frosty", homemade canned goods, gardening and polka dancing; but most of all she had a great love and passion for her family. The family would like to thank the staff at Life Care Center of Longmont for their constant loving care and dedication. She leaves behind the many friendships developed over the years from her clients, neighbors, dancing friends and Life Care residents. Dolores is preceded in death by her husband, Alfons, who passed away in 1995; their son Robert J. Kremer; two brothers Al and Harry Werthman; and sister Rosella Mutter. Dolores is survived by her sister Eileen (Dick) Lammers of Yucaipa, California; sister-in-law Ione Werthman of Omaha, Nebraska; daughters Mary Ann Berling of Windsor, Betty (Don) Whitaker of Longmont and Connie (David) Rademacher of Grants Pass, Oregon; and daughter-in-law Judi (John) Francis of Longmont.
