Sharon Ann Sampson

June 14, 1953 - November 7, 2012

Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade because a loved one's gone.

Those we love can never be more than a thought apart, for as long as there is memory, they'll live forever in our hearts. Namaste

Our beautiful and much loved Sharon Ann passed away, November 7, 2012, with grace and dignity. At 59 her passing was unexpected as she was recovering in hospital from respiratory difficulties. "Grandma", as she was affectionately referred to, was born in Williams Lake and was a proud member of the Canoe Creek Nation. She spent most of her adult life in Victoria and over these years developed many treasured friendships and "adopted" family members. She met and maintained many friends through her association with Community Living Victoria. She regularly attended the Catholic Church. She loved dancing and was blessed with a rich lovely singing voice. Sharon was a kind, gentle spirit who enjoyed socializing. She always had time and a heart warming smile for anyone. Seamount Place was her home that she shared with her "sisters", Katherine, Noreen and Lucille. Sharon Ann will be sadly missed by those who loved her and all who knew her, including the Integra Family and especially her caring, devoted Assistants. She is survived by her loving family in William's Lake, BC.

A Celebration of Sharon Ann's Life will be held at 11am on Thursday November 22, 2012 at the Holy Cross Catholic Church located at 4049 Gordonhead Road.

At the request of the family, Sharon Ann will return to Canoe Creek, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations are graciously accepted on behalf of the Canoe Creek Band by Integra Support Services
