MACDONALD, D. Ross BSc, MF October 15, 1928 - February 3, 2013 Ross was born in Hamilton, On and grew up in Toronto. He received a Bsc in Forestry at the U. of Toronto and a Master of Forestry at the U. of Mich. He enjoyed a long and successful career with the Federal Forestry Dept. serving in Fredericton, NB, Ottawa, On. and finally in Victoria, BC where he held the position of Director General for the Pacific and Yukon Region of the Canadian Forestry Service. He will be fondly remembered by his wife, Carol; his daughter, Tara; son, Fraser (Tess) and grandchildren, Griffen, Gracie and Sheena. Private Inurnment at The Royal Oak Burial Garden, Saanich, Victoria, BC. No service at his request.
