CHASTON, Eleanor March 1927 - November 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our "ever so loved" Eleanor after a brief illness. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Donna Sawyer; grandchildren, Russell and Jennifer and son Jerry (Ann) as well as four great-grandchildren, Nolan, Ruby, Presley and Carter. She is also remembered by her loving partner, Steve Stevens of 10 years, having celebrated quality time together for travels, casino trips and family get togethers, enjoying also the short time she lived at the Renaissance. No service at Eleanor's request. A celebration of life will be held December 5 at the Renaissance, 1188 Esquimalt Road, 2-4 pm. I am with you still I give you this thought to keep I am with you still Do not weep I am the thousand winds that blow I am the diamond glints on snow I am the sunlight on ripened grain I am the gentle morning rain When you awaken in the morning hush I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight I am the soft stars that shine at night Do not think of me as gone I am with you still in each new dawn.
