CORKE, Susan Davinia May 4, 1952 - March 31, 2014 It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness, I announce that Susan passed away suddenly at home. Susan was born in England and spent most of her early childhood in Vancouver before moving to Victoria. During her working years in Victoria, Susan touched the lives of so many people. Susan lived a life full of movement and vitality. She loved the seaside and the sunshine, spent countless hours attending to her patio garden, enjoyed gourmet cooking, dancing, working to complete jigsaw puzzles and special gatherings with family and friends. Predeceased by her father, David Edward and her mother, Denys Joyce. Survived by her sister, Carol, family in England, United States and right across Canada as well as extended family and many many friends. A Celebration of Susan's Life will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 at 2:30 pm at McCall's Downtown, Johnson & Vancouver Streets with a reception to follow in McCall's Family Centre. In honoring Susan, any charitable donations can be made to the B.C. Cancer Society. Condolences may be offered to the family at A Sister holds your hand for awhile but holds your heart forever. I will miss you.
