Helene Pappas Obituary
PAPPAS, Helene It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of our Eleni on March 29th, 2011. She was predeceased by her Mother, Evangelia Papaloukas in March 2008. She is survived by her devoted husband Babis, daughter Angela, and father Costantine. Eleni would like to say goodbye and thank you to many great Chocolat friends along the years. She will be forever missed, including by little Mustaki. A memorial service has been held at the Greek Church. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations to the Victoria Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation or to the BC Cancer Society. 622247

Dear Gus, Bobbie, Angie, my sincere condolences to you! I'll miss talking to Helen in the shop and outside and I can not imagine how hard it will be to be without her for you. Chili Hot Chocolate breaks at RBC will not be the same..... Thinking of you.

My deepest sympathies go out to Helene's family. Helene has left a sweet and delicious mark in Victoria's culinary history. It lives on in her chocolates, truffles and exquisite chocolate tarts. RIP Helene.
