EMMANUEL, Isidoro Eala Sr. December 17, 1916 May 12, 2012 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Father, (Tatay), Grandfather, (Lolo) at age 95; to be with the Lord. He is predeceased by his loving wife Potenciana and granddaughter Amanda. He leaves behind twelve children: Reynaldo (Siony), Josefina (Barry), Lydia (Larry), Felipe (Clarita), Eduardo (Editha), Luisito (Norma), Romeo (Sarah) Isidoro, Jr., Juliet (Juanito), Antonio (Lydia), Rosemarie (Rey) and Emily (Donald). Another 31 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 4 great, great-grandchildren will miss him dearly. He was born in Igbaras, Iloilo, Philippines and came to Canada in 1978. He worked at Iloilo Mission Hospital, Philippines; working his way up from a janitor to the assistant cashier until he retired after 42 years of service. He is a dedicated family man, a good provider, generous and kind to many. He has a strong faith in God. He never worried about anything. When asked how he managed to take care and send all 12 children to school, he'd say with a smile,Only by the grace of God". Viewing will take place at First Memorial Funeral Service: 4725 Falaise Drive, Victoria 4pm 8pm Friday, May 18, 2012. Memorial service at 5pm. Reception to follow.
