On July 17th, 2012 a piece of so many hearts was sadly taken away.

With tears in our eyes and a smile on our faces, because that's how he would want to see us, we announce the passing of Bailey Jacob Bertrand, born December 6th 1987

With literally hundreds of friends and relatives, Bailey was able to, with the wink of his big green eyes or the flash of his beautiful smile, make each of us feel like we were the only person that mattered to him.
He asked for nothing in return but with that same smile he gave us everything.

Adored by many, but none more than his mother Bonnie (Tom) who in addition to being his Mom was also his best friend and confidant.
Bailey was proud of his sister Kirsten (Jason) and cherished their unique bond. When he spoke of her, his love for her was undeniable.

Bailey was known for his huge heart, limitless generosity and random acts of kindness, which he shared with his step brother Tanner on his last days off.
Bailey will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his father Lance and half sister Savannah.

When Bailey wasn't spending time being silly with Mom and Kirsten, he could be found at the Hockey rink, ball field, fishing with Poppa, hanging with the boys or charming the ladies, all of which he gave 110% to and loved every moment of.

Sometimes you'll never know the true value of a moment until it becomes a memory.

We love you Bailey Jacob - in lieu of flowers hug your babies
