THOMPSON, Pamela Violet It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of our Mom, Gramma T. and Great Gramma on July 22, 2012, surrounded by family. Pam was born in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland and immigrated in 1949 with her husband Herb to Regina, Saskatchewan. In 1966 they moved with their family to Victoria. She was pre-deceased by Herb in 1991. Mom was dearly loved by her five children, June (Glynne) Williams, Colleen (Dave) Moran, Shelley Thompson, Keith (Shirley) Thompson and Wendy Ridley. She was very proud of and deeply loved her grandchildren, Jodi, Brad, Jennie, Carrie, Tyler, April and Aaron and her precious great-granddaughter Makena. Mom was a long time member of Kinettes in Regina and K-ettes in Victoria where she made many long lasting friendships. She was an active member of the Cordova Bay United Church in Victoria. We will cherish the wonderful memories of our family gatherings, especially on St. Patrick's Day, where there was always lots of fun and laughter. We will miss you so very much Mom and Dad but will carry on this family tradition in loving memory of you. A Memorial service will be held on Friday, August 10th, at 2:00 pm, Cordova Bay United Church. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.earthsoption.com "> www.earthsoption.com . In lieu of flowers, donations in Mom's memory may be made to www.howtofindapuppy.com "> www.howtofindapuppy.com a cause which Mom supported in her devotion to animal welfare.
