FENN, Barry It is with deepest sorrow we announce that Barry Fenn passed away peacefully in his home on June 30th with his ex-wife Janet and daughter Brandi at his side. Barry was born November 6, 1949 in Garden Bay BC to Agnes and Roy Fenn. He is survived by his mother Agnes, brother Ron, sister Carol (husband Ralph), brother Murray (wife Geri), and many other members of the Fenn family. Barry pursued many careers. He worked on log booms, framed houses, completed data entry, managed Supreme Building Maintenance, and created two of his own companies, Barry's Repairs and Quadra Building Maintenance. He completed all his jobs with integrity, professionalism, and honest care for his clients and employees. In his spare time Barry loved travelling, a good joke, lending a helping hand, and maintaining a garden that would rival Butchart Gardens. Barry could do anything he set his mind to and met many friends along his journey. Most important to Barry was providing for his family. He will be greatly missed. Despite losing his battle with cancer, Barry maintained a positive attitude to the end and inspires strength and determination in those close to him. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at First Memorial Funeral Services at 2pm with reception to follow, 4725 Falaise Drive, Saanich. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Victoria Hospice in thanks for their support in the most difficult of times, 1952 Bay St, Victoria BC, V8R 1J8. To leave a condolence, please visit
