FULTON, Harvey Bruce May 17, 1931 - July 7, 2013 It is with saddened hearts to announce the passing of Harvey Fulton. Harvey was born in Winnipeg. After elementary schooling in Winnipeg and Regina, he attended Gordon Bell High and East Kildonan Collegiate, Winnipeg. Harvey is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, BSc., 1953. He pursued his Post Graduate at U.B.C. 1957. Harvey's career in the fields of petroleum geology and engineering took him to the Department of Mines in Fort St. John and Victoria. He joined TransCanada Pipelines in Calgary, was seconded to Canadian Arctic Gas, following which he became a partner in John Lacey International Consultants. He is a life member of APEGGA, a member of the Sidney Probus Club and an Honorary member of the Sidney Rotary Club. Harvey is predeceased by his mother Hope, father Matt and step-daughter Susan. He is survived by his wife Lois, sister Barbara, children (Janice Laing), Darci, Derrick, Margo, Murray, Wendi, and step-daughter Linda. He will also be missed by his grandchildren, Jace, Kurin, Scott, Kevin (Lindsay) and great-granddaughter, Harper. His family also includes nieces Maureen and Sheila and nephew, Jeff. Harvey's passion for music had no boundaries, being happiest when playing his harmonica with friends and family or invited to play at a public gig. With Lois and friends Harvey travelled the world. A Celebration of Harvey's life will take place at Glen Meadows Golf Club, 1050 McTavish Road, N. Saanich on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at 2:00 P.M.
