MacDOUGALL, David Arden April 1, 1950 - May 19, 2015 With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather. Predeceased by his mother Lenore and father Russell, he is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Dalene, son Dave, daughter Tami, grandaughter Kylie, sister Jackie, brother Bob (Kim) and many nieces and nephews. Born in Kelowna he later moved to Nanaimo and met his soulmate in 1968, married in 1970 and moved to Victoria. Their first child Dave was born in 1975 and Tami in 1978. In 2007 he was blessed again with the arrival of his grandaughter Kylie. As a mechanic, his hobbies also included classic cars, camping, fishing, trips to Reno and Vegas and singing Elvis tunes at karaoke but most of all he loved his family time. David touched the hearts of many and will forever be remembered for his kind and helpful nature along with his witty sense of humour. No service by request.
