Arthur Keenum Obituary
Mr. Keenum was a native of Colbert County and a member of Woodward Avenue Baptist Church. He was the owner of Keenum Concrete for more than 62 years and served in the U.S. Army for two years in Alaska as a tank crewman.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Ann; parents, Odis B. and Minnie Keenum; brothers, Odis B. Keenum Jr., James Keenum, General Keenum; sister, Lulamae Hooper; son, Jimmy Keenum; daughter, Tina Cox; grandson, Bobby Joe Vinson; granddaughters, Angelia Arnold, Myra Price; great-granddaughter, Savannah Keenum; in-laws, Edward and Johnnie Pate.
He is survived by his sons, Bo Keenum (Rhonda), Lee Keenum (Linda), Randy Keenum (Daisy), Johnny Keenum, Arthur Keenum (Boogie), Gary Keenum (Marla), Mike Keenum (Pam); daughters, Mary Vinson (Bill), Joyce Arnold (Kenneth), Rose Keenum, Gloria Barentt, Darlene Vinson (Danny), Shirley Fulton, Elizabeth Keenum; brothers, Leroy Keenum, Milford Keenum, Gary Keenum; sister-in-law, Janice Tacker (John); brother-in-law, Frankie Pate (Kathy); adopted daughter, Donna Thorn (Lealon); 46 grandchildren; 80 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Jim Bishop, Kenneth Kimbrough, Roger Whitehead, Chris Keenum, Danny Keenum and Joshua Keenum.
Honorary pallbearers are the Outlaws Sunday School Class at Woodward Avenue Baptist Church.
The family would like to thank all the wonderful nurses at Helen Keller Hospital and Helen Keller Hospice that treated Dad with loving dignity and respect.
Dad you went to Heaven on Valentine's Day so you could stroll through heaven with the love of your life.

My paw paw was one of the greatest men of all time!!! He will be greatly missed but I know he is walking with my mama and maw maw in heaven as we speak. He has now become one of our angels. Love you PawPaw Keenum.
