Jon Robert Willingham, 27, of Florence, passed way Saturday, June 13, 2009. An avid Alabama fan, he loved life and golf. Jon was his brother's biggest fan and a special uncle to his nephew, Rhett. He had an infectious smile and a tender heart that friends and family will remember and cherish.

Jon was a member of Cross Point Church of Christ and he served in the United States Navy for four years.
Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2009, at Cross Point Church of Christ,with the service following at 3 p.m., with Frank Mills and Lee Flynn officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Jon was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert C. and Pearl Willingham; and uncle, Dean Morris Foster.
Survivors include his parents, David and Denise Willingham; brother, Josh Willingham and wife, Ginger; nephew, Rhett; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Lisabeth Foster, of Tuscumbia; uncles and aunts, Sami and Diann Durdunji, of Florence; Doug and Linda Foster, of Abilene, Texas; Dale and Lee Ann Foster, of Memphis, Tenn.; and cousins, Russell and Colton Durdunji, Mark Foster and Mary Elizabeth Riedell, and Haley and Sherrod Foster, all of whom he loved dearly.
Pallbearers will be friends, Brock Beck and Luke Copeland; cousins, Russell and Colton Durdunji; family friend, Dickie Gray; and coaches, Mike Mitchell and David Williams. Honorary pallbearer will be Dane Williams.
