Hey sis. Its been 14 years now. I can't believe it. I miss you all so much. So much has happened in our lives. Your kids are all grown now and have done well. I have so much to tell you, just not here. I will talk with you in private as we always do. Please continue to hold our spot up there in the very crowded kingdom of the Lord. Tell ma and dad hello. Tell my nephew I miss him so much. I love you all with everything in me. Xoxoxo❤

This is very sad to me. I didn't believe it when Chucky told me about his mom passing. I knew her as Ms.Kate, because Me,Derek, and Chucky use to hang around each other. She was nice and sweet to everyone especially the neighborhood kids. You will be miss ms.kate

Kate today I remember you and mom so much. Today makes 7 years for mom being gone and its 6 years for you now. I miss you two so much each and everyday.
So often I go to pick up the phone for one of our four way calls we used to do; you, me , Janet and Mom.....I cant do that anymore.
Only the Lord knew these days would come and Janet, Dad and I would be here alone (Ben and Carroll).
Janet and I cry and pray for strength everyday, and we try to be the strong sister we have been taught to be.....but its hard when its just us two and when we go places where we know everyone is used to seeing the three of us together.
I remember when we used to go out and people would ask us if we three were sisters (we would smile say yes and even kiss each other on the cheeks... sometimes we would say no if you or Janet had gotten on my nerves...lol). They would just watch us laughing and laughing in our own little world and say.."you all are so blessed to have each other and be so close"...I will never forget those days Kate as I try to continue to navigate my pre-planned journey.
I could have never guessed our lives would change in this way...I can remember mom always saying as we would see a hearse go by..."baby one day our chain will be broken too, and I hated when she would say that because it made me so sad..." I could have never guessed it would have been broken this way.
Love you Baby sister and hold me and Janet's place up there!

my deepest sympothy goes out to the johnson family, whos been like my own family for as long as i can remember. kate was someone i saw everday sittin out on the porch, and she always spoke with a smile as i walked by... as a child i remember eatin watermelon in there back yard and i would swallow the ceeds... she'd tell me if i kept doin that a watermelon would grow in my stomach (smile)... i have a lot of memories of kate... all of which where good... so i know god has accepted her into his kingdom... we love you kate!!!!
