Edward Hahnel

HAHNEL, Mr. Edward Herman, 76, of Tanglewood Shores, Bracey, died Thursday, December 23, 2010 in Community Memorial Healthcenter. He was a retired steamfitter for a Union Local in New Jersey and a Navy Korean War veteran. Mr. Hahnel is survived by his wife, Linda Berry Hahnel; two daughters, Kim Sheffield and husband, Craig, of Lakewood, Colo., and Stephanie Hahnel of Philadelphia, Pa.; two sons, Stanley Clyde Hahnel and wife, Lisa, of Louisburg, N.C. and Edward Henry Hahnel of Moss Point, Miss.; two brothers, Henry Hahnel of Topsham, Maine and Fred Hahnel of Bath, Maine; a sister, Dorothy Chott of Brunswick, Maine; 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Lisa Hahnel of Summerville, S.C. He was predeceased by a son, Russell Walter Hahnel. A memorial service will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory, with interment Tuesday in the Ellington Cemetery in New Jersey.
