HOLLINS, Frances Harding, 74, of Palmetto, Fla., formerly of Richmond, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 19, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard M. Hollins Sr.; and her son, Richard M. Hollins Jr. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Linda H. and Reginald "Tommy" Turner, Kathy A. and Lee Williams; son and daughter-in-law, Stuart B. and Geri Lynn Hollins; grandchildren, Regina, Travis, Darrel, Amanda and Robert; and an expected great-grandson, Landon. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rte. 10), followed by her funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg, Va.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Frances and I were friends 50+ years ago, she was a funny/crazy young lady, of whom I have lots of good memories.
May GOD give you rest and peace in your time of grief and sorry.

My thoughts are with you in your time of sorrow. Frances will be remembered as a true friend who made us all happy to have know her. We have many fond memories of her while we were in Nursing school. She was a fantastic nurse and friend. Ann Underwood
