Anne Pappacoda

PAPPACODA, Anne, of Midlothian, Va., formerly of Long Island, N.Y., born May 8, 1916, died April 26, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Salvatore Pappacoda; and her grandson, Gerard Marcario. Survivors include her children, Frank S. Pappacoda and Lillian Marcario; grandchildren, Salvatore Pappacoda, Frank Pappacoda Jr., Suzanne Vigliante, Christopher Marcario and Joanne Marcario; great-grandchildren, Frank S. Pappacoda III, Anthony Pappacoda, Frank Joseph Pappacoda, Dean Vigliante Jr. and Luca Vigliante; and her brother, Anthony Russo. She also leaves many friends where for the last few years she resided at Spring Arbor of Salisbury. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 4 p.m. Thursday at Church of the Epiphany, 11000 Smoketree Drive. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the church. Interment will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bon Secours Hospice.
