REYNOLDS, Charlotte Jennie, of Ashland, died January 7, 2010, after battling a brain tumor. She was four years old. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Donna Swift and Diane Reynolds. She is survived by parents, Roger and Rachel Reynolds of Ashland, Va.; godparents, Loretta and Alfred Walker of Richmond, Va.; grandparents, John and Gayellen Wagner of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Robert Reynolds and Juanita Brewer of Morristown, Tenn.; great-grandmother, Jenny Day of Farmington N.M., as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Charlotte was a precocious, inquisitive and musical preschooler. She enjoyed reading, singing and chocolate milk. Her favorite colors were pink and purple and her favorite song was Frosty the Snowman. She was an honorary student at Three Oaks Montessori in Mechanicsville, Va. Her story can be followed at www.cjstuf.org. Memorial services wil be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Blackwell Auditorium on the Randolph-Macon College campus in Ashland. A reception will follow at Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CJ's Thumbs Up Foundation (CJSTUF), Make-A-Wish Foundation, ASK Clinic at MCV, or Noah's Children.
