CLEMONS, Christine Barnes, 89, of Richmond, passed away at home on Sunday, February 10, 2013. She was born to the late Vester and Mary Barnes. She attended Hanover Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, James O. Clemons; and one daughter, Nellrena. She is survived by her children, James, Charles, Teresa Gibrall and Wanda Walsh; 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Chester Barnes of Bartlette, Tenn. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Woody Funeral Home, 1771 North Parham Rd., Richmond, Va. 23229. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. with interment following at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery.
