Daniel Gordesky

GORDESKY, Daniel A., July 2, 1915 to October 14, 2010. He was the beloved and devoted husband of 69 years of the late Norma B. Gordesky and father of the late Debbi G. Reiss-Katz. Daniel is survived by his son, Mark Stevens and wife, Isabel; sister, Selma Brown. Daniel was grandfather to Suzi Boydston and husband, Keith; Penney Croydon; Jodi Kohl; Matthew Stevens and wife, Dana; and was great-grandfather of Sydney Croydon, Jessica Boydston, Samantha Kohl and Chloe Stevens. Dan was a wounded veteran of WWII, a member of the Masons, Shriners, and a longtime volunteer of many charitable organizations including Jewish Family Services. He was a wonderful and caring man to all and will truly be in our hearts forever. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Jewish Family Service of Sarasota, Fla.
