My condolences to you on your loss. I have known Don for several years through our golf outings at Windy Hill and Providence Golf courses. He was always as nice a person as anyone could hope to know. Everyone enjoyed his company. I hope you will take comfort knowing Don is with the Lord.

Margaret Ann,
You and Don have been an important and inspirational couple to us as we have grown in the church. Don's unrelenting energy and your visits while my mother was in the hospital always meant more than you will ever know.
Our sorrow for your loss is curbed only by knowing where he sits this evening.
You and your family are in our prayers.
We love you.

Sharron, the pain in your heart and the saddness in your eyes are both a tribute to the love you had for your Dad. What wonderful memories you must have! I pray those memories and the grace of God are what will get you through this most trying time in your life.

I am so sorry. Although I never knew Don, "Poppa Smurf" helped shape the lives of my two children when they were teenages and in the youth group. Denise has always spoken of Don with such love. He truly made a difference.
