Dora BROOKS Obituary

BROOKS, Dora M., widow of Warner V. Brooks, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009. She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Lee Moyers, Buster Moyers and Billy Moyers. She is survived by her children, Deborah K. Brooks and David W. Brooks; one sister, Ester Patterson (Pat); one brother, Wayne Hayden (Evelyn); one sister-in-law, Dot Moyers. Mrs. Brooks was a member of the Blanche Spencer Chapter #11 of the Eastern Star. A memorial service will be conducted 7 p.m. Monday, November 2, at the Mechanicsville Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Rd. Memorial contributions may be made to the Brain Injury Association of Virginia, 1506 Willow Lawn Dr., Suite 112, Richmond, Va. 23230.
