AYRES, Edith W. Potter, 92, of Richmond, Va., died April 19, 2010. She is survived by two sons, James and George Ayres; a grandson, Jason Ayres; brother, McBride Potter of Ohio; a sister, Bobbi Roop of Florida. Mrs. Ayres was retired from Southern Biscuit Company (FFV) after a long career. Her remains rest a Bliley's -Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where the family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, and where funeral services will be held 12 noon Thursday. Interment Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, American Stroke Association and/or Jahnke Road Baptist Church.
