Ned was such a joy! I know he is in Heaven, I'm sure it's 5 o'clock there too! I am going to miss my hugs every Sunday, but I know we will meet again! Johnnie, I love you and I hope you know we are here for you!
Serving Him,

To the family of Nel Flanagan, Jr.
I have many fond memories of Mr. Flanagan and considered him to be the best of mentors. His demand for perfection made many PSNC employee a better, more productive person. PSNC was a much better company when he was there to oversee the daily work.
May he rest in peace.
