I just found out about Beth's passing (a mutual friend asked about her, and a Google search led me here). I worked with Beth at Radio Shack in the early 90s; we also dated. She was an important part of my life; I wish we had not lost touch. My condolences, thoughts and prayers go out to her family and daughters.

I know this is really late, but we just found out about Beth when my kids went to soccer evaluations. I am so sorry to hear about her passing, but know that she is now free of pain and with our Lord. My daughter, Jaymi, had lots of fun with Carrie and hope you are all doing well. Beth was a great soccer coach and friend.

I was stunned to read about Beth's passing in the Mechanicsville Local. She was a friend from Lee-Davis High School, way back when. I hadn't seen her in years but remember her well. Always cheerful, she brightened everyone's day. To her family, I am so sorry for your loss. You will all be in my prayers.

Mr. & Mrs. Whetstone,
My heart and prayers goes out to you & your whole family. I'm going to miss Beth. Some of my fondest memories are of the week that I spent with you and Beth at Myrtle Beach. I also miss the days when we worked at Skate America. Take care of yourselves.

To the Whetstone/Pett family - Beth was such an important part of my children's lives growing up. She stayed at our home many many times with "the gang" from Skate America. We enjoyed camping at Naylors Beach together and had many wonderful memories. She was a lovely person and it was a joy to watch her grow into a wonderful woman. Her daughters should be proud of her. She did many kind things for many people including working with the Special Olympics at Skate America. She will be missed. I'm so sorry to hear that she has passed but am happy that she will be going "home" to be with our Lord. God Bless you all and I know I speak for many of her old friends from Skate America.
Love and Prayers,
Paige Nobles and family

Please know that others are thinking about you all and praying for you at this time. I did not know Beth very well but always remember seeing her at church serving others in some way. Whether it was serving in the nursery holding the babies or every Saturday morning during soccer season serving to help others through the Upward Ministry, Beth devoted her life in service to the Lord. What a wonderful testimony to others around her of her love for Christ. I will miss seeing her at church.

Beth fought a long hard battle and never complained to anyone, what a brave, caring, and loving individual she was; she will be missed by all she came in contact with. My prayers go out to her parents, brother and her daughters.

Lovingly,
