I met your daughter only once and was amazed at how smart and mature she was.
Remember the beautiful times you shared with her. Try, though it is hard, to remember her life here as a great gift rather than a tragic loss. I too, have suffered the pain of burying a child before me. May God grant your family the strength and courage to endure until you join your sweet Heather in heaven.

I met heather back in middle school and she was always a sweet girl. Heather was always fun to be around. We grew apart as the years went on but she will truly be missed. I found out what happend just this past friday and it blew me away. She was and always will be one special person. My thoughts are with your family.

Dear Cindy...I am so very sorry for your loss. I don't know if you remember the times we shared "kid talk" at RBHA. Your girls and my three were about the same age even though two decades separated our ages. We shared and chuckled and wondered...I'll never forget our little chats. I respected you and admired your devotion to your girls. Life delivers so many twists and curves. I can tell from the other entries that Heather was cherished and loved by many. I believe deeply that God loved her too. Be strong and remember the love! I praise God for her life and legacy.

Dear Heather,
I can not believe that you are gone, it is so unreal to me. I had no idea how to react when I saw your facebook and all the post that people had wrote. I know your family is having a hard time coping with you being gone, I just wanted you to know that you will be missed by so many. I just think about us in Mr. Blands class in SIXTH GRADE wow so long ago... you and I always got intouble for talking and goofing off. Heather was such a beautiful soul. I have so many great memories with her and 'The Girls'. Over the last few years, Heather and I had drifted, but no length of time could ever erase the memories we have together. I can't believe she's really gone, it hurts to think she's no longer with us. But it eases the pain knowing she's up there in heaven, our new guardian angel, looking down on all of us. She'll always be missed, nothing could ever change that!

Heather and Chris live next door to us. We spent many a summer afternoon cooking out or just visiting. We enjoyed seeing their faces when Heather and Chris would talk about their next home improvement project or seeing Heather's eyes sparkle and the pride she showed when she completed a project by herself that turned out better than she expected. If given the opportunity to get to know Heather and Chris, you couldn't help but love them. We considered ourselves blessed to have them as neighbors and friends We are truly saddened by the Blanton Family and Chris's loss. My condolences to the Blanton family. Heather went with our family on a cruise to Mexico right after High School graduation. She was such a joy to be with and we're very fortunate to have gotten to know her. Her funny storytelling and upbeat personality will be forever remembered.

But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.

But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;

It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,

My memories of this very beautiful sweet young lady coming to work each morning with always smiles and happiness. Heather always love to talk about each morning the great positive things that happen in her life and so excited to tell them with smiles. All she ever wanted in life was a great big four-wheel truck to drive that was one of her dreams and goals. Any task I needed she was there to make shure it got done and go out of her way to do things to be so helpful to me.
