Henry F. Battle

BATTLE, Henry F., of 7246 Forest Hill Ave., departed this life December 22, 2009. He was the husband of the late Florine Battle. He is survived by two brothers, Joseph and William Battle; sister-in-law, Mrs. Freda Battle; a devoted friend, Mrs. Gladys Williams, several nieces, nephews and friends. Remains rest at Chiles Funeral Home, 2100 Fairmont Ave. where family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. Funeral service, Wednesday, 11 a.m. at Great Hope Baptist Church, 2101 Venable St., Rev. Earl Bledsoe pastor officiating. Interment Rose Lawn Memory Garden. Friends meet at the Church 10:30 a.m. Remains rest in church one hour prior to service.
