Hilda Davis Collins

COLLINS, Hilda Davis, 91, passed away May 1, 2010, with her family at her bedside. She was a devoted wife and wonderful, loving mother. Everyone will remember her as the precious lady who called them "Suga." Mrs. Collins is survived by her brother and his wife, Edward "J." and Peggy Davis. She is also survived by her four children and their spouses, Frank Jr. and Billie Collins, Kenneth and Dinora Collins, David and Cassandra Collins, Theda Kay and Patrick Rutledge. In addition, she leaves 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren as well as an abundance of other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her dear husband, Frank E. Collins Sr. On Wednesday, May 5, there will be a 10:30 a.m. private viewing, followed at 12 noon by a graveside ceremony at White Stone United Methodist Church, White Stone, Va. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Union Mission, P.O. Box 96763, Washington, D.C. 20090.
