DUNNIVAN, Jackie Sr., 76, of Montpelier, Va., passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Alice Dunnivan; and his son, Jackie Dunnivan Jr.; daughters, Linda Lebon, Marry Burros, Melissa Dunnivan, Tammy Dunnivan, Brenda Briggs and Daisey Youmans; multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many other loving family and friends. Jackie worked many years and retired as a car salesman with Foley's Automotive. He loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar and singing gospel music. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 21, at the Nelsen Funeral Home - Reid Chapel from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., and services will be held 1 p.m. Monday at the Glen Allen Baptist Church, located at 3028 Mountain Road, Glen Allen, Va.

Tammy I want you to know that it broke my heart to heard about your dad. He was a sweet ,kind, loving person.You where so lucky to have a wonderfull dad that made me feel so welcomed when I came to your house and I so comfortable to call him dad also he loved it.I will never forget . God bless you and your family during this hard time,and remember you are very loved.
