Lisa, my heart goes out to you and your mother. I know the recent years have been very hard for you, and I know that you'll never regret moving your mother and dad out closer to you. Your dad was such a fine man, and I always had so much respect for him at the Bank. I always called him Mr. Headley because he naturally commanded respect. My thoughts and prayers are very much with you and your family during this sad time.

Madlynn & Lisa,
Fran had called Tyler to tell him about Jim. Words cannot express how sorry we were to learn of his passing. He was truly a wonderful man and I'll always remember his warm smile. We've missed y'all so much. Too many years have gone by but the fond memories remain.
With much love,
Beth & George

Dearest Madlynn,
Oh what a wonderful man--he will be missed in so many ways. I share in your sadness and rejoice in having had the privilege of knowing him. I can see his beautiful smile and will cherish his memory. May God comfort you and Lisa as you celebrate Jimmy's life. Fondly, Jan Ashby (Light)
