It was such a blessing and joy to watch how Jessie looked over his loving family and special friends. I was lucky enough to be around to see just how much Jessie loved and helped nurish his grandchildren and I'm so happy that the family has so many wonderful memories to hold in that special place in their heart and mind and will be able to reach back into their files and have Jessie with them whenever they feel the desire. God bless and know that you all are in thoughts and prayers. I can just picture that BIG smile Jessie had on his face when he saw Ruby in Heaven!!! Love Rita (Chester, Va)

Jessie, the Grandpa of my children Lonnie, Tammy and Little Ronnie. Jessie you were the father I never had. Because of you, my children are better people, you and Ruby gave all of us the perfect example of loving parents and grandparents. Everyone was always welcomed in your home, there will never be anyone else like either of you. We will miss you every special occassion, holiday and day by day. You will remain in all of our hearts forever. We know you did not want to leave us, but you had longed to be with Ruby, the love of your life, and finally you are together again. God has two very special angels with him to help watch over the rest of us.
Jessie I will always love you.
