"Kate" as she often went by, was the Katheryn Hepburn of our family. She was a tomboy as a child and independent as a young woman, made more so by raising 4 boys in a military family with long stretches of Papa being overseas. Kate was full of pep and vinegar and always trying to make people laugh in whatever way she could. I still miss her and it's June of 2010.

I am Thankful for the opportunity to work for the family helping Mrs. Kathryn Easter out. I believe it was a true blessing to help such a
wonderful woman in her time of need. I believe I am a better person
today because of it! She was witty and interesting to talk to. What a
fine woman she was.
