In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole.
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there to remind me of you.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you, Levi, that are the most precious.

I want to express my sincere sympathy to Jesse, Lacie, and the entire Daves & Harris family! I will be praying for all of you. That you can find peace w/God's decision to take this "perfect little man" home to be w/him!!! Please trust me when I say I know it is not easy to lose a family member who's life (in our eyes) was cut short! The only good that can come of anyones life ending suddenly is that it refreshes our minds of what matters most and that is the love of family/friends and the precious moments in life. The love of family and friends will help to ease the pain; you have strong families. I am so sorry to have missed the services as I was not aware of them until today and was out of town this weekend.

Randall, Evvie, & family,
We didn't get to know Jesse (as he was grown by the time George coached softball for Cumberland Youth League) nor did we have the pleasure of meeting Levi, but regardless, our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. May God be with you all to guide you and comfort you during this difficult time. We cannot even begin to imagine what you guys are all going through right now...our hearts are aching immensely for you all. If you guys need anything (and we mean ANYTHING) please do not hesitate to call us 375-9050. We wish we could've made it to the funeral but word got to us too late on where it would be. We are so sorry for your loss. Positive side is he is now an Angel up in Heaven with God and you WILL get to see him again 1 day in Heaven!

Words cannot express how my heart aches for you all. Just know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. If I could take your pain away I would.
