Lillian P. McBRIDE

McBRIDE, Lillian P., passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at the age of 91. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, James Edward McBride; her nieces, Jane Smith of Oviedo, Fla., Peggy Marquis of Henrico; and several great-nieces and a great-nephew. She was retired from the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company. A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Memorial Gardens on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at Lakewood Manor, 1900 Lauderdale Dr., Health Services Building, second floor multi-purpose room, immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Goochland Baptist Church, 2454 Manakin Rd., Manakin-Sabot, Va. 23103. Woody Funeral Home-Parham Chapel is handling arrangements.
