Lottie Hutchins

HUTCHINS, Lottie Loftis, widow of Carl W. "Piggy" Hutchins, died November 15, 2009. She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Hutchins Wade and her husband, George, and Toni Hutchins McCracken and her husband, Chris; four grandchildren, Brennan Carl Turner "Brent," James Christopher McCracken Jr., John Roberts McCracken "Jack," and Anne Scott McCracken "Scotty"; and her sister, Edith Loftis Burton; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Obediah and Allie Arrington Loftis; brothers, Ollie, Howard, William, Francis, Doug and John; sisters, Modell Garnett, Inez Green and Mable Morningstar. A loving wife and mother, Mrs. Hutchins was a volunteer at St. Mary's and Henrico Doctors' Hospitals, a member of the Eastern Star and a member of Ridge Baptist Church. Her remains rest at the Bliley's - Central Chapel, 3801 Augusta Ave., where the family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of the First Baptist Church. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
