Dear Alicia, I met your father in Jan. 1981. He was a Sanitarian with RCHD and trained me. He was a very thorough and very slow health inspector but missed nothing. It was a pleasure to work with him.He taught me a lot and I also became very thorough and slow inspector. So many others loved and respected him. He will never be forgotten.
