Time certainly can get by you in a blink. Wouldn't it be nice if cameras could catch time instead of just pictures. No sign of age ever seemed to be present and only a query and a quick smile about how everyone was doing. With great sorrow for family and friends.

It is hard to express my thoughts about such a lovely and kind lady that we have known for so many years. I will miss her dearly.

My fondest memories include riding on the tractor with Dr. Christian to find a Christmas tree, then bringing it in and decorating it with Mrs. Christian. She was like a grandmother to me and I will carry her in my heart always.

She was my best friend. We had so many good times. I loved taking flowers to her from my garden. I will miss her always.

I remember Mrs. Christian and her late husband Rev.Dr. Christian from the church our family attended.(Church of our Saviour) Mrs. Christian had such a lovely smile, voice of an angel with a great spirit. A lady that will be greatly missed. Our love & prayers are with the family.

Your mother's spirit and creativity are beyond my vocabulary. No one could give a hand full of love like she could.

Mrs. Christian was an inspiration to me from our first meeting. Her colorful paintings and bright smile brought joy to everyone she knew. It was a privilege to be part of the Christians' long-ago arty gatherings in the "Brick Kitchen." We amazed ourselves with what she encouraged us to accomplish - she would suggest some project that seemed very ambitious, and next thing you knew, we had done it! Her far-flung protégés are a wonderful legacy.
