A year has gone by since you fell and went into coma, but it feels like yesterday...I am so grateful but I sure do miss you terribly and so does Aunt Peggy and Lillian and a bunch of your friends. I love you and knowing you arrived safely in peace somewhere that you could not find here consoles my heart. Patricia must've been a wonderful person and a terrific mom to have raised my dear friend Patti who is one of the finest people I have ever encountered in my life. Patricia's memory will live on and the world is a better place because of her.

I never met you, but I feel as though I knew you on some level. Patti talked of you often and loved you very much. I want you to know that you left her with friends that love her So much, and she will be ok.
