KIM AND FAMILY,

AS I REMINISCE, I AM REMINDED OF THE KIND AND LOVING WOMAN, MY COUSIN RUTH WAS. I ENJOYED BEING IN HER PRESENCE. SHE WAS A GOOD LISTENER AND SHE ALWAYS GAVE YOU HER FULL ATTENTION; WANTING TO KNOW IF ALL WAS WELL WITH YOU.

COUSIN RUTH WAS A WOMAN GIVEN TO HOSPITALITY. WHENEVER WE VISITED, WE COULD COUNT ON HER TO OFFER US SOMETHING DELECTABLE TO EAT OR A COOL
GLASS OF WATER OR TEA.

WHEN I WAS A CHILD, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY SHE ATTENDED THE NEEDS OF HER FAMILY. SHE ENJOYED HER ROLES AS A WIFE AND MOTHER.

TO MY SURPRISE, RUTH TOLD ME THAT I WAS THE ONE THAT INFLUENCED HER TO GIVE HER LIFE TO JESUS CHRIST. IMAGINE THAT!

AS A TEENAGER, RUTH HONORED ME BY ACCOMPANYING ME TO A TALENT COMPETITION. EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT WIN
(DUE TO HOARSENESS), SHE MADE ME FEEL SPECIAL.

I ALSO ADMIRED HER FOR THE LOVE SHE HAD FOR MY MOTHER, VIOLA CARTER. THEY
ENJOYED MANY WONDERFUL TIMES TOGETHER, WHETHER VIA TELEPHONE OR IN PERSON. SHE GAVE MY MOTHER UTMOST RESPECT, AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT.

I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBERN RUTH'S LOVELY SMILE, HER PLEASANT WAYS AND HER GENUINE CONCERN FOR OTHERS.

YOU HAVE LOST A DEAR ONE, BUT KNOW THIS:SHE IS WITH LORD, AWAITING YOUR
ARRIVAL.

BE ENCOURANGED TO SEEK HIS FACE THAT ONE DAY THIS TOO WILL BE YOUR REALITY.

LOVINGLY,
JOAN HAWKINS,BOSTON, MA

Kim,

When people do nice things for you and always treat you with kindness they will forever remain in your heart. Your mother was wonderful to me when I was carrying "Chelsea" and continued to be kind to me afterwards. I will always remember how she acknowledged me as a new "mother-to-be" on mother's day 18 years ago. I have never forgotten about that Sunday because she truly made me feel special when I thougt no one really cared. I will truly miss her along with her beautiful smile and pleasant "praise the lord" whenever she saw me. Know that God has to be very pleased with how she served and praised him while here on earth and because he is true to his word she will be greatly rewarded. She was truly a "Beautiful Angel" and will be greatly missed.

God of power and mercy, have made death itself the gateway to eternal life. Look with love on our deceased sister, and make her one with Your Son. Ruth's faith was sealed with the blood of Christ, she is standing before Jesus free from sin. She never had a harm word to say about anyone. May the Lord keep his hands on the family during these trying times..

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Kim, Brother Earl and Randolph Family,
Mother Randolph was an Angel sent by God to be a blessing to you, my family and others. Her beautiful smile and willingness to help will be missed by all. Know that she was a true child of God, she showed all of God's characteristics in whatever it was she could do to help. We all will miss her but know that she deposited enough love in all of us to share with others and she is forever in our heart.

Praise the Lord Randolph Family. Psalm 23:4 states, "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." Mother Randolph has the Lord Jesus Christ to shepherd her through this valley. One writer said that the walls were aligned with evil forces and we needed the rod and staff to pass through. Please know this, that Jesus has already passed through this valley and led the way for those that believe in Him and has the indwelling of His Spirit in them. He rose from the grave and truly is her and our Shepherd. We know Mother Randolph was filled with His Spirit and a wonderful child of the King. Her rest is assured and her expectation is in His Second Coming, even so, Come Lord Jesus. Our prayers are with you while we all shed these tears of sadness. He is our Comforter. But remember, Jesus will wipe away all tears. Let us look for that Blessed Hope and the Glorious Appearenace of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God's Grace be with you all, Amen.

A Beautiful Angel

A beautiful angel is all that is here
Saying O'Lord please leave me here
Not ready to leave but has to go
Wants to go back but God says no
A husband and children
Grandchildren and friends
A meaningful life that suddenly ends
And angel is what she was meant to be
Now think of all that she can see
Watching over her family night and day
Saying I love you in her own special way
In the night we sleep and in the day we cry
While she watches us all from her star in the sky

I will always Love you,
