ANDERSON, Virginia Lucille, 88, of New Canton, Va., died Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Born April 9, 1922 in Norwood, Va., she was a daughter of the late John Wesley and Mamie McCrow Moss and the widow of Howard Ernest Anderson. She is survived by a son, Ashley Anderson of New Canton. A graveside funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Cartersville Road, New Canton, Va. Arrangements by the Colbert Funeral Home, Bremo Bluff, Va.

Ashley, I just found out about "Jenny's" passing. I go way back with her boarding with my mom on Grace Street in Richmond. I loved her very much and was hoping to visit with her soon again, so sorry I'll miss that chance now. Floyd Dare Dunn Cox
