We are so sadden to hear of Bill's passing. He was a special, sweet and kind person. We had not seen him in years, but have many fond memories. We are so sorry for your loss. I wish we had known of his passing earlier.

Dr. and Mrs. Fink. Brian and I are so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Brian often spoke of the good times with Bill, and how he hoped to see him in Richmond some time. Brian lives in Bluegrass VA. and I am in Goochland. We will always remember him as a happy young boy. Our sympathy is with you and the rest of the family. Diane Mugford & Brian Richardson
