OLIFF, Carline Chatham, 65, of Newland, passed away on Friday, December 7, 2012. She was a retired cafeteria worker with the Westmoreland County Schools, and a member of Edgewater United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Stanley E. Oliff; mother, Learline C. Chatham of Tidwells, Va.; daughter, Faye O. Prichard (Stephen) of Ashland, Va.; and sister, Darline C. Squires (George) of Tidwells, Va. Also surviving are granddaughter, Meghan Kirkland (Ian); great-grandson, Jack Kirkland; her special nieces and nephews; and a beloved aunt, Alice Sanford. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 10, 2012 at the Welch Funeral Home, Montross Chapel. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
