Kenneth Alan Lentz III, 26, of Washington C.H., passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Adena Greenfield Medical Center.
He was born May 29, 1987 in Arlington, Texas, the son of Kenneth Alan and Jane E. (Tuley) Lentz Jr. of Washington C.H., who survive.
He was a 2005 graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Gail A. (Tony Pavey) Lentz of Washington C.H.; two nieces, Mallory Pavey and Bristol Pavey; grandmother, Patricia Lentz of Cincinnati; uncles, William Tuley of Washington C.H., Kevin (Holly) Lentz of Cincinnati and Rusty Tuley of Florida; aunts, Kathy (Ron) Anderson of Cincinnati, Kim (Ted) Lambrinides of Cincinnati, Kelly (Dan) Vossman of Cincinnati and Mary (Joseph) West of Florida; and a special friend, Megan Rinehart of Frankfort.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 29 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with pastor Scott Graham officiating. Cremation will follow the service and burial of the cremains will take place at the convenience of the family in the South Salem Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon until time of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
