Kathleen E. McCarrick, "Pat," age 89 of West Conshohocken, a retired Bell Telephone Operator, died on Saturday, April 12, 2014. She was born and raised in W. Conshohocken, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (McClafferty) McCarrick.
Pat was a life parishioner of St. Gertrude RC Church. She graduated from the former West Conshohocken High School Class of 1942. She was employed by Bell Telephone Corporation for many years as an operator. Pat loved sewing, her dogs, and being a major part of her nieces' and nephews' lives. To the West Conshohocken community, she was affectionately known as "Aunt Pat." She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and her dog, "Bear." She was predeceased by: three brothers, Joseph, Edward and Gerald; four sisters, Sarah Brandt, Mary McDermott, Anna Frankenfield, and Veronica McCarrick; and many canine companions.
Relatives and friends may pay respects on Wednesday morning, April 16, 2014, from 9-10:25 a.m. at St. Gertrude RC Church, Bullock St., & Merion Ave., W. Conshohocken. A funeral mass will commence in the church at 10:30 a.m. Interment, Calvary Cemetery in W. Conshohocken. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her memory may be made to: Montgomery County SPCA, 19 E. Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Professional arrangements entrusted to the William A.
