Neil J. Dreslin, age 83, of Oley, a former resident of Jeffersonville, passed away peacefully on Nov. 27, 2013, with his family by his side. Born on Sept. 25, 1930, he was the son of the late Robert G. and Mary (nee McDermott) Dreslin and the beloved husband of the late June (nee Snell) Dreslin.
Neil's hobbies included reading, traveling, boating and spending time with his family at the seashore at his house in Stone Harbor. In his early career he worked for the Local Plumbers Union 690 and later became a successful real estate developer in Montgomery, Berks and Lehigh Counties. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survived by his three children, Sharon Dreslin and her husband, William Reh, of Worcester, Neil J. Dreslin Jr. of Douglasville and Linda Mandrachia and her husband, Joseph, of Eagleville; three grandchildren, Kevin Mandrachia and Kendall and Mario Dreslin; and also his brother Anton Dreslin and his wife, Mary Ann, of Jeffersonville. He was predeceased by his eldest brother, Robert G. Dreslin Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to Neil's Life Celebration Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013, from 5-7 p.m. at Boyd-Horrox of East Norriton, 200 W. Germantown Pike, and on Monday at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, Pa., from 9:30-10:20 a.m., followed by his Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken.
