Vasiliki Angelidis

Vasiliki Angelidis age 83 of West Norriton, a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away January 6, 2014 peacefully in the care of her family. Her husband, Simeon Angelidis passed away in 2000. Born in Florina, Greece, she was the daughter of the late Eleni (Youroukis) and Demetrios Katsias. She leaves behind her daughter, Anna Profrock (Ron) and son, Pantelis "Lucky" Angelidis to mourn her. She was the cherished grandmother of Ronald Profrock IV and Alexander Simeon Profrock. Vasiliki's sisters, Tina (Katsias) Avery (Gerald) and Voula (Katsias) Tsipras (Elias) will miss her. Vasiliki was a very active member of St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church. Besides singing in St. Sophia's Choir, she enjoyed baking and dancing. She had a very loving and tight-knit family, and she helped to raise her grandsons whom she adored. Relatives and friends are invited to Vasiliki's Life Celebration at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church, 900 S. Trooper Road Jeffersonville, on Friday, January 10, 2014 from 10-10:50 AM, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Norristown. In lieu of flowers, donations in Vasiliki's memory may be made to St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church at the above address.
