Clarence L. Adams

Clarence L. " Bates " Adams, 82, of Norristown, formerly of Conshohocken, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Einstein Medical Center in East Norriton. Born in Norristown on October 20, 1931, Bates has lived in East Norriton since 1966. A retired Letter Carrier US Postal Service with Norristown Post Office, he was a graduate of Norristown High School and a US Navy Korean War Veteran. He was also an avid hunter. He is survived by his wife, M. Ruth Adams of Norristown, PA; two sisters, Irene Britcher of Limerick, PA and Mildred Shaffer of Clearwater, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews . He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Irene (Lyle) Adams; a brother, David Drissel, and a sister, Carol Moyer. His funeral service will be held on Monday December 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, Pa 19401. The Rev. Richard A.
